Hours Of Operation: 9am-9pm Mon – Thurs; 8am-1pm; Fri

 

Philosophy: To provide individualized care needed to address the identified needs and goals of consumers and collaborate with the treatments courts to provide substance use disorder treatments as needed.

 

We serve adult men and women who are in the Springfield/Greene county area and/or are placed into the Greene County Drug Court or Greene County DWI Court programs.

 

Programs available: ASAM Outpatient Substance Use Treatment, Drug Court, ASAM Outpatient Substance Use Treatment, and Substance Awareness Traffic Offender Program (SATOP) Serious and Repeat Offender Program (SROP).

CSTAR SERVICES: Individualized Counseling, Group Counseling, Group Education, Community Support, Peer Support, Family Support, Medication Treatment, Diagnosis, Assessments, Treatment Planning, and more.

​

Evidence Based Services: Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), Living in Balance, and The Matrix Model.

This program is funded by Greene County Adult Drug Court, The Office of State Courts Administrator (OSCA), The Department of Mental Health and Self-Pay

​

A sliding fee scale is available for those who qualify for financial assistance.

Referrals: The Division of Probation and Parole, Greene County Adult Drug Court, Greene County DWI Court, and Substance Awareness Traffic Offender Program (SATOP) Offender Management Units (OMU).
