Hours of Operation: 9am-6pm Wed, 11am-7pm Mon; 11am-7pm Wed

 

Philosophy: To provide individualized care needed to address the identified needs and goals of consumers and collaborate with the treatments courts to provide substance use disorder treatments as needed.

​

We serve adult men and women of the City of Reeds Spring and/or individuals placed into the Stone County DWI Court Program.

​

Programs available: CSTAR Outpatient Substance Use Treatment, Substance Awareness Traffic Offender Program (SATOP), Serious and Repeat Offender Program (SROP), and for Stone County DWI Court participants only, SATOP Offender Management Unit (OMU) services.

​

CSTAR SERVICES: Individualized Counseling, Group Counseling, Group Education, Community Support, Peer Support, Family Support, Medication Treatment, Diagnosis, Assessments, Treatment Planning, and more.

​

This program is subcontracted. A sliding fee scale is available for those who qualify for financial assistance.

 

Referrals: The Division of Probation and Parole and Stone County DWI Court.
