Philosophy: To provide individualized care needed to address the identified needs and goals of consumers.  

The clinic serves adult men and women of the East Kansas City area. For those who do not qualify for financial coverage a sliding fee scale is available.
 

Programs available: CSTAR Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment, Drug Court Treatment, SATOP Substance Awareness Traffic Offender Program, MTS Medication Treatment Services
